We set up a video call and talk for 60 minutes, answering any questions you have about your destination, itinerary, accommodation plans, transport, hikes, photo spots etc. Then we follow up with a summary of the call with our top tips, advice and personalized recommendations.
Full Package ($149)
We start with a 60-minute video call, answering questions about your trip. Next, we send you a custom resource with personalized advice and recommendations, plus any relevant guidebook. Finally, we book a 30-minute follow up call closer to your dates of travel.
Trip Audit / Review ($99)
Rather than talk on a video call, you send us your itinerary via email and we review / audit your plans. We offer suggestions, tips and guidance to perfect your itinerary. We respond via email, voice message, video or by editing your document. Just let us know your preference.

You book a call with us and have our undivided 1-on-1 attention for anything you need. Got a bunch of questions? We’ll answer them. Want us to walk step-by-step through your itinerary? We’ll help you plan it based on exactly what you want from your trip. We want you to get the most bang for your buck, so we tailor the call to exactly what you want. After the call, we follow up with a summary and personalized recommendations so you have everything we discussed on paper.

If the place you want help with isn’t listed, search our site to see if we have any travel guides published, if so, we’ve been there and we can help you.
No, we’re not travel agents, so we don’t offer services to book flights, hotels, day trips or tours on your behalf. We use the knowledge and experiences we gained in the places you want to visit and help you plan the best possible trip. You still have complete control over how you book everything, and you have peace of mind knowing that your plans are in great shape.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before our call and we’ll find a new time that works. Reschedule requests within 48 hours of the call will forfeit the fee, as we’ve reserved that time specifically for you.
After the call we send you a summary of what we discussed, along with our tips, advice and recommendations based on your travel style and preferences. We’re happy to answer a few quick and easy questions that might come up, and you can always book another shorter call closer to your trip if necessary.
Full package tours with everything booked for you are convenient but very expensive, limited to pre-defined itineraries and shared with other travelers. Using a traditional travel agent to book your trip makes life easy but again it’s very expensive and you leave your trip in their hands. With us, you pay a fraction of the price to have travel experts (who have actually been to the place you’re visiting) help you perfect a personalized itinerary based on your preferences and budget. You keep full control over booking hotels, tours and experiences based on our recommendations – and you save a small fortune.

Our guidebooks and itineraries are comprehensive pdf’s that you download to your computer and phone, so you can use them to plan but also throughout your trip – with helpful bonus extras like maps and links to everything you’ll need.
